Gratitude Challenge! Day One

Your Life Is Awesome

I’ve been nominated by my talented friend Jenna Soard, CEO of to share a list of 3 things that I am grateful for over 5 days:

Here goes day One!

Today I am grateful for:

One: The blissful and healing 90 minute massage that I received this afternoon and the ware withal of understanding the importance of Self Care in my body, my business and my life.

Two: The massive amount of healthy change that is flowing into my body, my business and my life right now.

There is quite literally so much information being downloaded into my life at the moment that I need to take regular naps to be able to process them all!

Its scary and empowering all at the same time.

Three: The amount of talented people I have in my life. These people inspire me to continue to go and grow well beyond the threshold of my current capacity. Creatively, Emotionally, Intellectually and Spiritually.

You know who you are. I heart you and believe in you! Keep making awesome happen!

If your reading this, then I challenge you to a 5 day run of gratitude in your life! The rules are simple:

5 days

Each day a new list of 3 things you are grateful for in your body, your business and your life!

List them in the comments below along with me! Your grateful energy will help trigger the self compassion in someone else and return to you ten fold! Start the chain of gratitude here!

I’ll see you tomorrow with more of my own gratitude!

I’m grateful for being able to have a good workout today. I’m grateful that I get to work from home. I’m grateful for all the people in my life who inspire me.

I do the same thing with my kids, before we start praeyr, we have to discuss what we are grateful for…I find it really interesting what the kids deemed was the most “exciting” thing of the day.
